Super Troopers Programme Activities.

1. Warm up activities:

 In and Outs / Up & downs/ Jumping Jacks/ Star jumps/ Step ups / Balance on one leg/ Foot fire/ Jump up and reach for the stars/ Penguin shuffle/ Power skip/ Heel flicks/ High knees/ Hoola Hoop for 10 mins. 

Get going and have some fun:

2. Make up some dance moves/ Disco dance/ Musical Bumbs/ Musical Statues/ Musical Creepy Crawlies.

3. Play catch

4. Design & set up an obstacle course

5. Towel Tag

6. Hit the Deck

7 Help with the housework

8. Blob Tag

9. Throwing & Catching ball games- throw ball in the air & catch/ play wall ball/ Throw ball up, clap your hands & catch the ball/

10. Go for a bike / scooter ride.

11. Freeze Tag

12. Play Frisbee- why not use an old plastic lid!

13. Go to the park in Killala or Ballina & try out all the equipment.

14. Make a set of bowls using plastic bottles or milk cartons- Play a game of indoor/ outdoor bowling.

15. Quick clothes relay
